The First Look Weekly · free · Thursdays

The week on our beat, read by a person, signed and sourced.

The daily board gathers what moved. The weekly issue is where an analyst reads it: one featured company from its filings, the week’s releases from the small public companies building with SI and AR, the questions people asked, the calendar, and the disclosures that let you trust the rest. Free, every Thursday.

How the issue is made

The desk is SI. The signature is a person’s.

SI is Super Intelligence: people plus AI. Every weekday the board reads the companies’ releases and the week’s headlines. Every Thursday an analyst reads the board, opens the filings behind the stories, checks each number against its source and writes. A named person signs the issue and the disclosures. No number appears that cannot be traced to a filing, a release or a dated quote.

  1. Monday to FridayThe daily board: releases, headlines, searches and questions, built from public sources and shown on /today.
  2. WednesdayThe analyst picks the week's items, opens every source and drafts. Nothing is written from a headline alone.
  3. ThursdayA person edits, checks, signs and sends. The issue goes to subscribers by email; the archive lands here.
  4. AlwaysNo ratings, targets or calls. Any consideration received from any company is disclosed on the piece, with the amount. None has been.
